We are excited to announce Julia Taylor has joined the Wyoming School Foundation as Director of Development. Julia’s broad experience includes overseeing national account operations and account management teams to her most recent 10-year consultative position at The Health Collaborative where she built trusted relationships, led and influenced conversations and project managed large strategic state projects. She, and her husband Tim, have lived in Wyoming for 25 years and all three of her children attended Wyoming where she often volunteered in their classrooms or in leadership roles, and continues to have relationships within the district. She is a forward-thinking leader who balances strategic and tactical actions in a rapidly changing environment. Julia has been a part of our board and stepped into the role of Vice President of Operations and Administration last year. Julia said it best - Wyoming is part of who I am, and it’s my turn to give back. Please give Julia a warm welcome as she transitions into this new role.
With that said, we are grateful for the 9 1/2 years of foundation work where Alex Guest served in the development role. Alex took the foundation to the next level by increasing our donor base, exceeding our fundraising goals and re-branding the Foundation. Alex will remain on the Wyoming School Foundation Board and serve in the Alumni Relations area. As she moves into a private sector position, we wish her all the best and will miss her greatly.
